Refund policy

We only accept refunds. All shipped orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your must be able to present photographic proof that the item(s) you received are defected.

You will have the option to select direct refund to the payment method you've used to purchase the order or store credit at SAYING TH!ngs online store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Saying Th!ngs reserves the right to reject all unreasonable refund requests.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Saying Th!ngs shall be final and binding. Saying Th!ngs, on a case by case basis, has the right to change, update, add and/or delete the “Shipping Terms & Conditions” at its own discretion without notifications.
