ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Hong Kong but we are working extra hard to expand internationally and we hope we can come to your market soon. Subscribe to stay tuned!
Is there a minimum spend requirement for free shipping?
A minimum spend (net) of HK$300 is eligible for free shipping within Hong Kong.
What is the delivery fee?
All orders have a standard delivery fee of HK$35 regardless of how many items purchased in your order. If your net spending hits HK$300, your shipping fee will be automatically waived.
What are my delivery options?
We currently deliver all of our orders door to door either via Hong Kong Post Office or SF Express depending on the weight of the order. You won't need to select anything when you check out since there is a standard delivery fee for all orders. We will determine which delivery option is the best based on your order's weight and items purchased.
When will I receive my order?
7-10 working days
* Kindly note that we do not deliver on public holidays and Sundays.
* Please expect potential slight delays during busy gifting seasons due to large amount of incoming orders as well as unexpected weather conditions.
* Please note that if no one is able to receive the package at your delivery address or it is declined by the receiver, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange another delivery but kindly note the delivery fee will be paid by the receiver upon delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact you within 14 days after the 1st unsuccessful delivery, your paid order will not be delivered and no refunds will be arranged.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
We're sorry but all placed orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
RETURN & REFUND
What is your return policy?
It is important to us that all of our products are at its best quality and we do our best to quality check each item. However, if you have received a faulty product - we will arrange a refund upon receiving a photographic proof that the item delivered is defected.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at hello@sayingthings.co within 7 days upon receiving your order. We will get in touch with you within 2 working days to arrange a refund accordingly!
Please kindly note any sale item purchased is not eligible for refund in any form.

If I want to put in a bulk order or I have something special/custom made in mind - can this be accommodated?
